Inside and out. We’re looking for evidence of activity and for how pests are getting in — gaps around the foundation, windows and doors, and crawlspaces or attics where it applies.

We build a schedule for your property
Not every pest gets the same treatment, and not every house needs the same visit frequency. You get a plan built around what we actually found.

We treat, then keep it from coming back
Liquid treatment around the foundation, windows and doors. Granular treatment around the foundation. Crawlspaces and attics inspected and treated where appropriate.

With a lot of general pest treatments, an exterminator sprays products indiscriminately and leaves you with the mess. We don’t work that way.
We practice Integrated Pest Management — which in plain terms means we’re more concerned with keeping pests away than with letting them come and then killing them. We use targeted products, applied safely, where they’ll actually do something.

How soon can you come out?
Call us at (423) 342-5722 and we’ll get you on the schedule. Timing depends on the week and where you are, so we’ll give you a real answer on the phone rather than a promise online.

Is the treatment safe around kids and pets?
The health and safety of your family and pets is our priority. We use targeted products, apply them carefully, and choose solutions with the least impact we can manage. Your technician will tell you exactly what’s being applied and anything you need to do.

Do I need to be home for the treatment?
For interior work, yes — we’ll need access. A lot of exterior treatment can be done without you there. We’ll sort that out when we schedule.

What’s the difference between a one-time treatment and a plan?
A one-time treatment handles what’s active right now. A plan keeps us coming back on a schedule so problems get caught before they start, and includes callbacks if something shows up in between. See our plans →
