Bed bugs hide in mattresses, chairs and other furniture, and thoroughness is the only method that works. Every corner and crevice has to be searched — simply getting rid of infested furniture will not solve the problem, and usually just spreads it.

How do I know if it’s actually bed bugs?
Common signs are bites in a line or cluster on exposed skin, small rust-colored spots on sheets and mattress seams, and tiny dark specks in the seams of mattresses and furniture. If you’re not certain, that’s exactly what the inspection is for — call us and we’ll come look.

Do I have to throw out my mattress and furniture?
Usually not, and getting rid of infested furniture on its own won’t solve the problem anyway. It often spreads it through the house on the way out the door. Let us inspect first.

How many visits does it take?
It depends on how far along the activity is and the layout of your home. Follow-up visits are included as needed — we don’t consider it done until it’s done.
