Why is Gold quoted rather than priced? Termite protection is costed by the linear footage of your foundation, so the figure genuinely depends on your house. A five-minute call gets you a real number rather than a range that turns out not to apply.

Why recurring
Why a Plan Beats a One-Off
Most pest problems in Northeast Tennessee are seasonal, and they run on a schedule — spring ants, summer mosquitoes, fall rodents looking for somewhere warm. A plan gets ahead of each one instead of reacting after they’re already inside.
It also fits how we work. We practice Integrated Pest Management, which means we’re more focused on keeping pests out than on coming back to kill them every month. That’s a lot easier to do when we’re seeing your property through the whole year.
And if something shows up between scheduled visits, we come back out. That’s included.

That’s fine. We also do one-time treatments and fully customised schedules — monthly, quarterly, or built around your property. Pricing depends on the property and what we find, so give us a call and we’ll quote it properly rather than guess. We’ll recommend what actually fits, not the biggest package.

When does mosquito treatment run, and what does it cost on its own?
Mosquito season here runs April through October, and that’s when we treat. If you only want mosquito cover rather than a full plan, it’s $50 a month or $350 for the whole season.

Which plan do most people choose?
It depends what’s bothering you most. If mosquitoes are stopping you using the yard in summer, the mosquito cover pays for itself in comfort. If you’ve got an older home or you’ve seen termite signs before, Gold is the one worth talking about.

Why isn’t Gold Standard a fixed price?
Because termite protection is costed by the linear footage of your foundation. A small bungalow and a large two-storey aren’t comparable jobs, so quoting one number for both would mean overcharging somebody. We’ll measure and give you a real figure.

What if pests show up between visits?
Call us and we’ll come back out. Callbacks between scheduled services are included in the plans.

Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plenty of people start with general pest cover and add mosquito treatment once summer arrives. Just give us a call.
